Shipping Times and Delivery
- All my orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- If I anticipate any delays, I reach out to the buyer directly, through the email provided with the order.
- I use a shipping partner to package my paintings and have decided to go that route because of space constraints and in the hope that they have the skills I do not to pack my paintings professionally and securely. I package prints and smaller paintings myself. I take care to make sure each item gets to you safely and securely and in the same condition, it left my possession.
- I send ALL my orders with a tracking number, which is sent out to the buyer as soon as the item ships out. It ensures safety and trackability till the package reaches its destination.
- If you are local to the Detroit metro area and would like to arrange pick up from my home or office, please email me at [email protected] and I will arrange a discount on your purchase.
- Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. The customs are charged by the buyer's country and I have no way of knowing or predicting any customs charges that may apply.
- I track each order till it gets to its destination safely, and if I notice any delays or problems, I will contact the buyer with the details.
- The information you provide at checkout is completely safe. I DO NOT share any of the buyer information on any platform. I only use it to communicate with the buyer directly, regarding their order.
- I do not send out unsolicited email marketing unless you opt-in through my email subscription
